My Dear Neighbor, edition 404 is, for the moment set to be release by the end of this summer. It's still uncertain, and if I feel that development needs more time, the date will be postponed. 

GAME PLAN : 

The development takes a lot of time because I changed the game plans a lot. Today many new characters have been introduced to the game and the game plans have also changed a lot. The "repetitive" aspect of the game was less pushed at the expense of a better atmosphere, a much darker and terrifying atmosphere ! The goal here is to make the game much more scary than what you already have or can still know.

NEW DEMO :

Regarding the demo of the game, it will be still there so you can still see what the game is about but it will soon be cancel. The reason is that a new demo in order to test and decide if you will buy the full game will replace the actual one. The new one is better and danser ! It will be available a few weeks before the official release of the game, when a release date will be set, the new demo will come out and replace the old one :) !!
